Lightning-Fast Tahini Pork
Dorie had me at "lightning-fast".
As she describes, "pork tenderloin should be called 'the cook's best friend'".
Such a versatile meat, perfect for company but also and offering
so many options for quick and easy weeknight meals.
Who doesn't need that ?
As usual, the ingredients Dorie includes in this recipe - tahini, honey,
cider vinegar and various spices, were not ones that I'd used on pork before.
Still quick and easy, and all of which I had on had, they literally transformed this dish.
Which is exactly why I love these recipes. A keeper for sure.

ReplyDeleteDefinitely a winner, and a nice change from the usual pork tenderloin recipes. Cheznana
ReplyDeleteI think this is an across-the-board favorite for everyone who cooked this dish. A fast one that delivers great flavor. Definitely, a keeper.
ReplyDeleteI'll definitely be making this again!
ReplyDeleteI am impressed you had all ingredients
ReplyDeleteon hand! :)
Agree with everyone's comments including yours . I like using all these different spices and flavorings and ending up with a good result. I've yet to meet a recipe in the book I haven't liked. Your used couscous and spinach. Good combo. Broccolini and rice would work also, I think. Nice.
